Ehnyla Tiye® is an ineffable Independent artist, business owner, and brand! Born in 1998, raised from North Minneapolis, MN. At the early age of 4 years old, Ehnyla Tiye has been participating in the performing arts both in church and in school. Her first school talent show in 2004, she sang Destiny Child's ‘Survivor'. Since then she's maintained an interest in the creative arts scene. The schools that she's attended provided her a structured setting to practice creative arts on the daily basis, as well as recognize and award her personally for her performances.
Ehnyla Tiye began writing her own songs at the age of 7 years old. The result of her daily practice and the motivation to use her natural abilities has been able to help launch her career independently, without professional help. In 2013, she was published in a poetry book as a spoken word literary artist with COMPAS, and was able to perform her spoken word poem live in 2013. With her triple threat talent, after Ehnyla Tiye graduated from Washburn High School in 2016, she had participated in over ten plays and musicals and had received outstanding awards and spotlight encores for her performances at award shows. Ehnyla Tiye, registered and ready for college on a scholarship, decides to follow her dreams and audition for 'The Voice'. All though she personally made it far by missing the first week of college to participate, she unfortunately didn't make the show.
Ehnyla Tiye, determined to become who she is destined to be started to work multiple jobs and search for a recording studio after not making 'The Voice', and deciding not go to college due to not being able to use her scholarship. In August 2017 she started a YouTube channel, providing a relatable platform to entertain and enlighten. In the same month she began to freelance model. October of 2018, she recorded her first four songs and then released her first single 'Lets get it', in March 2019.

Ehnyla Tiye uses her creative abilities for helping others, aesthetically pleasurable visuals, music, literature, and building business connections. She uses her social media platforms and connections to self publish, and build professional relationships that develop her brand as well as others brand. Her work focuses on self expression and development in every art form! She believes that self expressing and art leads to tranquility. The creative and performing arts continuously shows how it brings individuals of many forms together. The goal is to bring truth, harmony and peace to many.

Ehnyla Tiye's inspiration comes from love, life experiences, inspirational fiction, and working with other Black independent entrepreneurs. She's faced many trials and inconsistencies that's hindered her development as an individual and artist. However, her persistence, spiritual awareness of her mentality and emotions, and being confident about expressing them, provided her a safe space within herself to learn, grow, turn every negative into a positive, be herself, love every life consequence and to share that with others.
The artist‘ and individuals who influence Ehnyla Tiye's work are relatives, friends, teachers, children, those who are loved from afar, and those in need. Ehnyla Tiye believes art and creation is inspired from gratitude and the connections we develop with anyone or anything. To have peace amongst ourselves, our relationships with others and in this world, to paint diversity and understanding into one beautiful picture, is what inspires Ehnyla Tiye® the brand.
